Awezo Anvi Kitchen tomato 🍅 kurma

Ingredients:

2 to 4 tomatoes

Ginger garlic paste

Chopped garlic

Small onion

Curry leaves

Turmeric

Chili powder


Method of preparation:

1. Boil the tomatoes with high temperature and kept aside to cool it.


2. Peel the 🍅 tomato skin and ground well.



3. Heat the pan, add oil, green chilies, curry leaves, and grinded ginger garlic paste, chopped garlic, and onion, saute well till aroma arises.


4. Add a pinch of turmeric.


5. Add grind ed tomatoes extract in a pan and stir well.


6. Now add homemade chili powder and a pinch I salt as required.


7. Saute until becoming the thick paste.


Tasty and tangy tomato kurma is ready. Have it with chapati, dosa, idly, also it will good combination with rice 🍚.
