Each ingredient has some medicinal property and having this at least once every month is good for our health. Get the marundhu kuzhambu ingredients from nattu marundhu shop/ Organic shop. You will ask this in nattu marundhu shop/organic shop like marundhu kuzhambu ingredients / salava kuzhambu ingredients. Sun-Dried the ingredient which gets it from an organic shop, and grinds it with mixe jar/ mortal and pestle and stores it in air-tight container keep it in the refrigerator. Brinjal
Garlic
Tomato (optional) if you need to add
Small Onions
Turmeric
Marunthu Kuzhambu Powder
Mustard
Sesame oil

METHOD OF THE PREPARATIONS
1. Use the stored marundhu kuzhambu powder from the refrigerator to make the kuzhambu, I am making this kuzhambu for four members, so I used the four spoons of powder, again I grind the powder to make the paste by using Ammi Kallu/ mixe Jar. every time we make the kuzhambu we have to grind the powder into the smooth paste, because the coarse powder mixer will get stomach upset, so we have to grind it into a smooth paste.
2. In a pan add Sesame Oil once the oil gets heated add the mustard seed when mustard seeds get temptred add small onions.
3. When the onion turns golden brown and adds Garlic, Curry leaves, tomatoes(optional), and Turmeric.
4. Add Brinjal, and Rock Salt cook well
5. Add tamarind extract, and Homemade chili powder, and saute well,
6. Add the grind of the marundhu kuzhambu paste and cook well when the raw smell goes off.
7. The Kuzhambu becomes thick switch off the stove.
8. Serve it with hot rice, Yummy, and taste marundhu kuzhambu.
9. Serve it with papad or poriyal.
