Healthy and tasty apple lemon wheat cake recipe without egg in cooker| super soft tasty brownies with step by step photo and video recipe. eggless cake recipes are generally a good alternative cake recipes for non-egg eaters. however, this recipe of eggless and healthy apple lemon cake is super moist due to the certain combination of wet and dry ingredients.





INGREDIENTS



  • 2¼ cup brown sugar (nattu sakarai)

  • ¾ cup oil

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2 cup wheat flour

  • 1 Apple

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 lemon

  • ¼ tsp baking soda

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • almonds

  • pista


METHOD OF PREPARATIONS

cake preparation:

  • firstly, in a large bowl take 2¼ cup brown sugar, melt the sugar in a hot water until the brown sugar melts completely, filter the brown sugar essence and keep aside.

  • peel the apple and cut into small pieces, boil the apple with water. until water gets absorbed by apple.

  • cool the boiled apples, and grind it a smooth paste, and keep aside.

  • place a sieve and add 2 cup wheat floor, sieve the flour making sure there are no lumps.

  • now add the grinded apple puree into wheat sieve floor, add boiled brown sugar essence, 1 tsp baking powder, ¼ tsp baking soda, 2 cup milk, 2 tbsp. butter, 1 cup sesame oil, mix all into the smooth consistency batter.

  • to prepare the cake in a pressure cooker, place the stand in pressure cooker, and close the lid of cooker without keeping the gasket and whistle. heat for 5 to 10 minutes. as a result, gives a preheat oven atmosphere.

  • Apply butter on cake mold, to prevent from sticking. now transfer the cake batter to a cake mold. and also tap twice to level up uniformly and remove any air bubbles if present.

  • Add oil/butter in pan roast the Almonds and pista, whatever you like, and decorate the roasted nuts into the cake batter mold. place the cake pan into preheated cooker.

  • cover and cook on a medium flame for 45 minutes. you can alternatively, preheat and bake at 180-degree Celsius for 45 minutes.

  • insert a toothpick and check if the cake has baked completely.

  • cool the cake and then unmold the Apple lemon wheat cake.

  • Tasty and healthy apple lemon cake is ready, serve it and enjoy the recipe.
